To kick off the weekend I had to tackle my largest client load to date in several months - thankfully we have found a new childcare provider to help with the kids again and I have more time to get things done. However, with an exceptional load, I still had to work a bit this weekend.
Saturday night it was off to the Circus! The kids were thrilled and in awe. The show was kid friendly and managed to keep their attention for almost the entire thing - which was 2 hours long! I was so busy enjoying the show I forgot to snap pictures and only remembered during the last act, which was the impressive elephant display:
Sunday we spent almost the entire day outside working in our garden. We had decided we wanted to re-organize it a bit and it took a lot of time and muscle. The kids got to spend the day outside with us playing with their loads of outdoor toys and their beloved bouncy house (which they bounced in for an hour and a half!!!). Tired kids = happy parents.
Monday we took our first (of many) visits to Calaway Park. We have season's passes so we plan to be there a lot this summer. The kids were right worn out by noon. A few pictures from the balloon ride:
