Unfortunately Ashton has to wait 2 additional weeks to start school. Don't ask me why. Some silly Kindergarten process, which is rather tiresome. Ashton doesn't understand why he can't attend school with Neela (especially now that they are at the SAME school), and I am left trying to keep him distracted and happy at home, without his sister to play with. Not fun. I am aching to get him established so we can truly start our new routine. It is nerve-wracking enough with all the logistics of both kids, never mind the delay. Wish me luck.
Here is Ashton on his "meet the teacher" date - he got a fun new haircut and was thrilled to finally be able to at least go into the school and see what was going on. He officially starts on Sept 15th. He too is looking so grown up:
