We aren't allowed to take video during the performances, but here is a video from back in February when her class was just learning the routine. Neela is front and center for most of it and this was before she had it nailed:

Finally, Neela insisted on entering her school's talent show this year. I was hesitant as it seemed like a lot of work...pick a talent, practice, etc. plus she wanted to do it with a friend. But she was adamant and took the lead to select a dance, learn it, and practice with her pal these past few weeks. And of course, they killed it. Neela and Sara all dressed (they selected their own outfits) and ready to rock.
I was bursting with pride watching Neela and her friend today, mainly because they owned this process - no adult taught them or organized them, they did it all themselves. Amazing work for two 7 year olds!
