Summer Update

Although we have been constantly on the go (doing lots of fun things) I have been terrible at remembering the camera!  In most situations I am snapping a quick memory with my phone (if I even remember to do that).  Here are a few of the quick shots I have taken over the past few weeks.

Another trip to Calaway Park

 At Sicome Lake in Fish Creek Park.  This little fellow was brave and the kids were in awe.

Our first trip to the Science Center - we spent several hours there together as a family and the kids had a blast!  Both kids seen here 'building' with giant blocks:

 This magnet station was a hit (with kids and adults alike).  I think we spent a good 30 minutes here.

These past few weeks we also: went bike riding weekly (our favourite spot is Baker's Park), jumped in our bouncy house in the backyard, ran through the sprinkler (a lot!), visited the river, filled up the kiddie pool (a few times), visited at least one new playground each week, visited friends, and Neela attended 'dance camp' where she was able to to socialize, play and do crafts at her dance studio. 

Only two more weeks of summer vacation is left! It went too fast!
