July 20, 2010. Ashton takes some of his first solo steps. He is just days past turning 10 months old.
He has taken steps before, but today really felt like things clicked. He was aware of what he was doing and kept on trying until he got it.
I will try to capture some better attempts later....hard to hold the camera and aid him at the same time.

I must say, the first steps are one of the best 'firsts'...bringing tears to my eyes each time, with each child.
